cushions or back supports. Avoid soft deep sofas.

Sit facing your TV, sitting side-ways on can cause a ‘cricked neck’.

If your sink is too low, stand with your feet wide apart so that your back
doesn’t suffer. Try putting your washing up bowl on the draining board.

Change your mattress every 10 years. A pocket sprung mattress helps
to support your weight and distribute it evenly. Your bed doesn’t need to
be very hard, in fact this cam be detrimental to your spine.
